The main condition of the National Bank was the transparency of the conversion to the account being replenished. When replenishing the balance of an e-wallet, customers will now see the conversion of his\/her currency (at the National Bank\u2019s rate) into dollars and rubles. Another requirement was the establishment of a single commission, which now stands at 10% of the total amount replenished.<\/p>\n<p>The most popular e-wallets in the country are&nbsp;QIWI, Yandex and Webmoney; they are mainly used to&nbsp;pay for goods and services over the internet as well as for transferring money to bank accounts or cards.
