The OPPA brand was created by JSO OPPA (formerly Nova Technology), which operates the PayBox payment terminals and manages online payments pages through its website. Through the OPPA e-wallet, the company hopes to introduce a modern electronic culture of money management and settlement in Georgia as well as make it easier for people to perform monetary transactions.
