The online portal will allow residents to put forth proposals, vote on which projects the city should fund, monitor revenues and expenditures and communicate with city administrators regarding transportation, landscaping and other infrastructure issues. The portal will also maintain a database and queue of persons wanting to take advantage of affordable housing opportunities in the city.
