Under the agreement, students will study the first half of the four-year course in Uzbekistan and the second half in Belarus, with graduates awarded a degree in both countries. Courses will be taught in Russian at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in Uzbekistan and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in Belarus.
