To accomplish this, Uzbekistan must ensure that there are competent teachers in each educational area and that existing enterprises are invested in the educational process. This can only occur if business education is concentrated in the hands of the private sector as non-state schools have repeatedly demonstrated a higher competency in effectively training business leaders and working with the business community.
