But this boom can make it difficult to attract qualified talent. This problem is only exacerbated by the fact that many companies seeking talent with blockchain capabilities are startups with uncertain futures. In order to attract qualified talent, many are going beyond competitive salaries by also offering bonuses and other perks such as fitness club memberships and the opportunity to work from a foreign office.
