Some will work out and result in pushing industries forward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Focus on consumer experiences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 people no longer buy just products and services; they buy experiences. On average, consumers are prepared to pay 4.5 times more for a good experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Consider the human factor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 solutions cannot be completely solved by technology itself. Human elements are crucial, especially in areas where tech can\u2019t yet solve a problem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Treat employees well <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 employee enthusiasm is vital for increasing retention. Making life easier (e.g. offering catered meals, providing childcare) results in happier, more productive and loyal employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Be responsive and agile <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 being able to change and adapt to new market realities is fundamental in today\u2019s fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Streamline processes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 leaner teams that are agile and streamlined help reduce timelines, improve consumer feedback and allow employees to innovate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Correct mistakes quickly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 consumer trust is important and vanish quickly.
