Some are now turning to artificial intelligence as a way to harness data analytics and deep insights, resulting in them being able to offer consumers a more personalized, enriched and financially-beneficial banking experience. Soon, it is expected that innovations stemming from artificial intelligence will not only drive deposits back to these financial institutions, they will also become the new bar for what consumers expect.
