In Kyrgyzstan, the training for such specialists is rather limited, even at specialized IT institutions. This means that only partial competencies in Big Data can be obtained within the country. There are, however, a number of online options available to those living in Kyrgyzstan to gain a full understanding of Big Data, many in the Russian language.
