The goal of the portal is to provide high-quality services while also increasing efficiency, effectiveness, openness, transparency and accountability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The measures (both implemented and planned) to open data in the country are part of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sanarip Kyrgyzstan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> national strategy and the World Bank\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital CASA Kyrgyzstan <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project.<\/span><\/p>\n<div
