Not only is such talent almost impossible to find, it\u2019s even harder to keep. To solve this, many are turning to offshore talent pools to push through their commitment to digital modernization; however, this is not an ideal long-term answer, especially for those companies accustomed to a permanent team that provides continuous improvement and development.&nbsp;
