The decision came from the need to optimize the bank\u2019s internal operational processes i.e. the automatization of the applications\u2019 receipt into the bank\u2019s internal services ( HR, IT, maintenance department), registration of mail and approval of payment orders.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the bank already attained visible benefits as saving employees time, and also significantly reducing the direct cost of printing.<\/p>\n<p>A great achievement was the integration of the Electronic Digital Signatures (EDS) in the EDM. Thus, the mobile phone is used as an electronic identity card.
