The bank \u0412\u0422\u0411 (Azerbaijan) completed the first phase of implementation of the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system. The decision came from the need to optimize the bank\u2019s internal operational processes i.e. the automatization of the applications\u2019 receipt into the bank\u2019s internal services ( HR, IT, maintenance department), registration of mail and approval of payment orders.<\/p>\n

As a result, the bank already attained visible benefits as saving employees time, and also significantly reducing the direct cost of printing.<\/p>\n

A great achievement was the integration of the Electronic Digital Signatures (EDS) in the EDM. Thus, the mobile phone is used as an electronic identity card. As a result, \u0412\u0422\u0411 (Azerbaijan) became the first to integrate a legally recognized in Azerbaijan EDS into an internal Electronic Document Management system.<\/p>\n
