The awards are part of a competition held by the Azerbaijan Central Bank.<\/p>\n<p>By developing its e-commerce infrastructure, IBA is promoting the expansion of non-cash payments in Azerbaijan. Currently, IBA has more than 1.3 million active plastic cards and maintains 763 ATMs all over the country, the largest in Azerbaijan.
