{"id":8032,"date":"2018-01-11T09:02:29","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T09:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bulletins.bfconsulting.com\/?p=8032"},"modified":"2018-01-16T12:52:24","modified_gmt":"2018-01-16T12:52:24","slug":"bank-of-scotland-pilots-virtual-agent-via-iphone-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bulletins.bfconsulting.com\/en\/bank-of-scotland-pilots-virtual-agent-via-iphone-app\/","title":{"rendered":"Bank of Scotland pilots virtual agent via iPhone app"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bank of Scotland, a subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group, has launched a pilot artificial intelligence project \u2013 a virtual agent for 50,000 customers that use the Bank\u2019s iPhone app. The app allows customers to have a messaging conversation, in real-time, with a virtual assistant that has been trained to answer common questions related to unknown account transactions, how to make payments and what to do about lost or stolen cards.
