Large financial institutions are creating teams of strong mathematicians and large data specialists, and some credit institutions are exploring options for attracting external executors to improve the quality of their developed models. Although many institutions look to recent graduates as sources of specialists, many institutions find it difficult to find specialists with the experience they require.
