The application allows users to pay bills from their phone and receive up to 20% in cashback and other discounts. The free-to-download app connects with a bank card like many traditional mobile wallets; however, the app also acts as a mobile loyalty reward card at participating establishments. The app also provides users the chance to access feedback left by other Rahmet users.<\/p>\n<p>So far, more than 100 restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee houses in Almaty have joined the mobile loyalty program.
