Moreover, banks in the country are recognizing that the best way to serve customers (and attract and retain them) is to offer new services and technologies to make life easier. As such, 26 of the 32 banks operating in Kazakhstan offer debit cards to customers, most of which also have a cash-back function. 16 of those banks also offer contactless payment cards.
