Swedish commercial bank Nordea is introducing artificial intelligence, which will analyze, and classify customer text messages and afterwards, distribute them to appropriate departments. The technology can analyze hundreds of messages per second, which will help improve the bank’s customer service by allowing for more prompt responses to all customer requests.
The new technology was developed and tested by the Estonian start-up Feelingstream, with which the bank began cooperating in 2016 following the company’s participation at FinTech Accelerator.
