Visa awards Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan for successful launch of Beeline card

Visa has awarded Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan for the successful launch of the Beeline card, a unique product for the domestic e-commerce market that was launched with Beeline Kazakhstan and the fintech company Wooppay. The Beeline card is a standard plastic card that allows users to pay for any product or service via POS terminals. To complete the transaction, funds are taken from mobile phone balances. The card is issued free-of-charge to bank customers and allows them to complete standard ATM transactions without a commission, offers high cashback incentives and features security that meets all international standards. The card also allows for secure internet purchases via a dynamic 3D secure password and supports non-contact payment technology (Visa PayWave).
