VTB Bank Armenia, which has the largest branch network in Armenia, has become one of the first banks in the country to make use of the EarlyOne remote queue management system. The system allows clients to make appointments at a preferred time and location without visiting or calling a branch and without having to wait in line, saving clients’ time and making their visits more convenient.
To make use of the service, clients need merely to download the EarlyOne application from the AppStore/PlayMarket, choose VTB Bank Armenia and select the branch, time and duration of their visit. Clients will then receive a unique number to be used when arriving at the bank to confirm their appointment.
