Bank BGZ BNP Paribas is leading the way in working with fintech innovations and startups in Poland. Bank BGZ BNP Paribas believes that banks and fintech should go hand-in-hand in the modern world and should work to create win-win-win solutions for banks, fintech companies and customers. In this regard, the bank hosted a 10-city hackathon focusing on the challenges and solutions of the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and rural sectors.

The bank is also taking care in how it works with startups, recognizing that startups are usually different types of companies that are generally more fragile and in need of more business knowledge than larger corporations. Because of the unique needs of startups, the bank has taken examples from all over the world and is developing simplified rules of cooperation with them that balance startups’ needs with bank interests.
