Mobile data enabling banks to develop better customer service

Sberbank is developing a model of a digital office that will allow clients to use the bank’s mobile application and other alternative channels to communicate with the bank. As a part of this project, the bank has also developed a database of consumer information about clients and potential clients to determine the best location(s) for the bank to open new offices, based largely on geolocation, the time spent at specific locations and general interests within each area.
