TBC bank — first one to use chatbot for communication with clients

For the first time in Georgia, users of Facebook’s Messenger application will be able to access information about TBC bank products via T-Bot, an innovative financial services product which makes remote channels accessible and contemporary.

T-Bot allows users to obtain information about:

exchange rates
loan terms and conditions
locations of ATMs and bank branches

This is the first Georgian speaking chatbot and was created by Georgian developers. In the future, its functions will expand and serve as money transaction perform as well as provide detailed information about user accounts, TBC bank products and services.
