In order to save clients time, VTB bank is launching a convenient online service for clients to book a time slot before coming to the bank. A client only needs to fill out an online form specifying his/her interested service, branch location and date and time. Once the registration has been completed, the client will then receive an email confirmation containing a unique code. By presenting his/her code, the client can then be served at the assigned time, regardless of whether or not there is already a line of other customers waiting in the bank.
