The functionality of Bank Home Credit’s ‘Credit Assistant’ mobile app has been integrated into their new mobile app, known as ‘Home Credit Bank of Kazakhstan’. This new app, which has been completely redesigned, allows users to make use of existing tools on the ‘Credit Assistant’ app as well as take advantage of new product line features and products being offered by Bank Home Credit. The app also works to provide customers with customized and flexible banking experiences.
The bank reports a monthly growth of 15% in the number of users of this new mobile app. Given this significant growth, the bank is also continuing to explore how it can expand its digital offerings and eliminate pain points to make the lives of its clients easier, including by working with merchants (both traditional and online) to provide easy credit opportunities to customers.
