GPB Digital Fund creates bank designer

GPB Digital Fund, daughter organization of Gazprombank, has created API Bank, a banking services designer that will enable users to create banks under their own brand without needing to obtain a separate license from the Central Bank. API Bank clients will be able to offer, among other banking services: the maintaining of electronic documents, the opening of accounts and the issuance of corporate cards.
