An increasing number of working-age Russians are pursuing additional education opportunities, believing that course certificates and seminar attendance will help boost their careers and salaries. These nearly 7 million Russians are being courted by an increasing number of educational providers that include government agencies, universities and private companies. Experts and investors alike believe that the next big thing in additional education opportunities goes beyond the online and lies with virtual and augmented reality as well as new technologies for assessing abilities, personalized education and on-demand training
