Tinkoff Bank has opened free three-month training at select bank offices in 8 Russian cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Izhevsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Ryazan) for analysts and developers. The training consists of 1-2 classes per week and 10-15 hours of homework per week. Participants in the training can choose from 14 practical courses, including iOS, Android, Frontend, Design, Go, Java to Scala and DevOps.
The bank offered a similar training program in 2018, with 43 of the 357 participants getting hired at the bank after completing the program.
