VTB24 bank is going paperless

VTB24 is making the move to a paperless office by having clients fill out applications for cash loans and credit cards on a tablet instead of on paper. Furthermore, instead of requiring clients to sign a document, clients may now confirm all documents related to their request via a special SMS code sent to their mobile phone, with all relevant paperwork being sent to their email address or saved to the ‘VTB24-line’. The benefits of the paperless office now being tested in three branches are:

  • improved service quality, including less time spent at a bank branch
  • 24/7 access to all documentation, including previously issued products
  • reduced bank expenses
